When we don’t know the reason, then tell us how it will be correct. There can be many reasons for sleeplessness, which include:

1. Stress and anxiety:

Mental stress or anxiety affects sleep a lot, which makes it difficult to calm the mind. And we have to keep the mind worry-free to sleep. This is also a reasons for sleeplessness

2. Unbalanced lifestyle:

Many people like to stay awake till late at night, even if they like this thing, they may not know that it proves to be very dangerous for their health. Irregular sleeping time, and sleeping till very late in the morning or sleeping too much during the day also affects sleep.

When you sleep too much during the day, it is obvious that you will not be able to sleep early at night. This is also a reasons for sleeplessness.

3. Caffeine and nicotine:

1. Create a comfortable environment:

Always try to keep the environment and atmosphere of the room in which you sleep calm, keep in mind that the room should be dark and cool while sleeping, that is, the room should not be too hot. Apart from this, avoid bright light and noise.

If there are windows in the room, then try to open them around 8:00 pm. When you sleep till 10:00, then the chances of getting a cool room are more. This is the first setup of reasons for sleeplessness, you must do it.

2. Relaxation techniques:

You must have heard many times from people that we should go to gym or do exercise before sleeping. And Some people do it. If you are troubled by the problem of sleeplessness, then try meditation, pranayama, or deep breathing techniques before sleeping. This gives peace to the mind and body.

You should do all this every day. This will give you two benefits, firstly your body will be healthy and solid. Second, your sleep problem will go away. 3. Reduce screen time:

Among the reasons for sleeplessness these days, screen time is the biggest. Which I had written above about staying awake till late night. If you want to get better, good and healthy sleep. So stay away from mobile, computer and TV at least one hour before sleeping. The blue light emitted from these can be harmful for sleep.

If we do not do this, then do you know what its side effects are? If we immediately turn off the TV, mobile, laptop, computer and sleep, then whatever pictures, movies etc. we see in it, they keep roaming in our mind the whole night. The voices we hear in it are seen or heard in our dreams.

Maybe you do not know what its biggest side effect is. We go to sleep, but still we do not get healthy sleep. Many people go and ask me. Sir, I have a heaviness in my mind the whole night. Or I hear or see some picture or voice. This is the main reason for all this. If you are worried about what to do if you cannot sleep. If you do all this, then stop it immediately from today itself.

4. Avoid caffeine and heavy food:

Do not drink tea, coffee or eat heavy food before going to bed. Rather, use as little coffin as possible. It is better if you do that before 6:00 pm. Many people believe that you should not eat too much in the evening. But I do not believe this.

According to me, you should eat a small amount of food in the evening. It is possible that your weight may increase a little. But you will get a very good sleep from this. Remember one more thing, you always get less sleep on an empty stomach. But the condition is that you should always eat natural and simple food. If you are eating chicken, mutton and eggs in the evening, then the best way is to eat them in a small amount before 7:00 pm.

Eating in a small amount means that do not eat so much that it comes out of the stomach, rather eat so much that it gets digested in the next three hours. If you are eating chicken, mutton and egg between 9 or 10 pm, then it also becomes the reason for sleeplessness.

The right time for dinner is between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. You should never eat after 10:00 pm. Yes, if there is any compulsion or emergency, then it is a different matter. Try to eat before 8:00 pm.

6. Remove worries:

If there is any worry or stress, then remove it. Here one problem is that we are not able to understand how to remove our problem or stress. For that, you should write your problem or whatever it is in a diary. Write it many times and write it again and again. This will lighten your mind.

This trick will end your worry and stress. Also, whatever your problem is, you get a 99% chance of getting a solution to it. This trick works a lot. Big traders, businessmen and writers use this trick. Especially when they have to find a solution to a particular problem.

6. Reading or light activity:

You have done everything till now but still you are unable to sleep, what to do. If you are unable to sleep and are completely troubled, you have set everything. Still you are unable to sleep, then this trick works hundred percent. To do this trick, you will have to take a book of your religion.
